Thank you for choosing Café Real Coffee. We are committed to delivering premium, freshly roasted coffee to your door with care and efficiency.

### 1. Order Processing 
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) may be processed the following business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days 
  • Local Delivery (if available): Same day or next day


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

### 3. Free Shipping 
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 (U.S. only), unless otherwise stated.

### 5. International Shipping

### 6. Order Tracking 
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

### 7. Delays & Carrier Issues 
Café Real Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
  • Weather conditions 
  • Carrier disruptions 
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses 


If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

### 8. Lost or Stolen Packages 
Café Real Coffee is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. 

If you experience an issue:
  • Verify the shipping address 
  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier 
  • Contact us for support—we’re happy to help file a claim when possible

### 9. Incorrect Shipping Information 
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. 

Café Real Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.

### 10. Damaged Items 
We take great care in packaging our coffee. If your order arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging 


We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
