Through its direct partnership with Don Pachi Estate in Boquete, Café Real Coffee brings authentic Panamanian roasting profiles and exceptional specialty coffees to the U.S., offering customers a true taste of Panama's finest coffee-growing traditions.

DON PACHI ESTATE CONNECTION
Founded in 1873, Don Pachi Estate is Panama's longest continuously operating coffee farm. Located on the volcanic slopes of Boquete at elevations of 1,350–1,650 meters, the estate is celebrated as the birthplace of Panama's legendary Geisha coffee.
In 1963, Francisco Antonio Serracín ("Pachi") introduced the Geisha varietal and pioneered cultivation methods that revealed its now world-renowned floral, tropical, and complex flavor profile, helping establish Panama as a global leader in specialty coffee.
HONORING THE LEGACY
Today, the seventh-generation family continues producing award-winning micro-lot coffees, including Geisha and Typica varieties, using natural and washed processing methods.
Café Real Coffee proudly showcases this remarkable heritage through fully traceable, single-origin coffees, honoring the legacy of the pioneers who transformed Panama into one of the world's most respected coffee origins.
